NRA Wood Duck Decoy - Hooded Merganser - Excellent Condition - Hand Painted

This is a “Friends Of The NRA” item I acquired directly from one of their events many years ago. It is in the same condition I obtained it, new from that event. This is a full size decoy, I’ll also be listing some small ones as well, the measurements are noted in some of the pictures. My research shows this Duck Decoy is of a Hooded Merganser.
