Handmade Vintage Patchwork Quilt Coat

Another precious coat of many colors, created using an antique patchwork quilt. This quilt was sourced in Eastern Kentucky and is estimated to be around 60+ years old. She may have been "made only from rags" at the time of her creation, but now she is a treasured beauty. This little lady is pale yellow with accents of pink, blue, red, orange, and lavender. Our favorite fabrics are most definitely the 60's retro flowers and the patches of purple and blue gingham. Last but not least, she has extra large front-facing pockets for all your little knick-knacks and treasures. Her simple vintage charm could never be duplicated. We only hope that her next home will appreciate and value the many hours that someone's mamaw spent hand stitching her tiny little patches and trim so many moons ago.
