Rose gold size 7 open ring cz somewhat sizable dainty coquette stackable thumb

The main stone might be a very baby pink quartz but not sure. It is somewhat sizable because it is open so there is a little give to it. Would be cute on thumb or stacked with other rings too. Rose gold plating. Ring is from BP. Size 7. Worn maybe once or twice.
