These shoes belonged to my father and were purchased many years ago when the quality of Johnson & Murphy shoes was superior to the J&M of today. The shoes were not worn much but cared for impeccably. The tongue of each shoe is permanently attached so there is no movement. On the right shoe it’s attached to the left side. On the left shoe it is attached to the right side. These shoes are in excellent condition and have not been worn much.
