UO Tessie Floral Smocked Mini Dress

Super cute dress in great condition! Worn a handful of times, just doesn’t fit my style anymore. This dress can be worn for a multitude of occasions and seasons (with the right amount of layering)! The model is wearing in on the shoulder, but it can be worn off the shoulder as well in a tasteful way.
