This is just the sweetest little vintage NAPCOWARE (NAPCO which stands for National Potteries Corporation) cat planter! It measures approximately 6" tall x 3-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" deep. It was made in Japan and is hand painted. There is a tiny pinpoint (literally) spot, along with some tiny black marks, all of which are manufacturing flaws. There is also a hairline crack on the back of the planter area. I didn't even notice it until I was photographing the item as it's barely visible. You can leave it as-is or seal that tiny area with a thin coat of glue to prevent further cracking.
