There is some wear on the bottom hem and a few very small rips. You cannot notice it much because it is on the very bottom hemline. This features a surplice top, flutter sheer sleeves, a slit on the front left leg, and glitter!! Lots & lots of sequins and glitter. 100% polyester and so so comfortable. Zips up the middle of the back. The tag does not say Baltic Born but it is a brand of theirs and sold on their site. This color & size is currently sold out.
