Warm coat with remarkably real looking fake fur does have a few callouts, as pictured. There is a small tear in microsuede near shoulder seam, some line markings near bottom button and a pale discoloration at the one elbow region- see photos. Nice looking jacket if not strictly new condition. Fur side very luxe, heavy enough for wintry weathet outings. Women's size XS.
