@ejchesnut45 hi! I’d say the hip (right under where the stretchy smocking ends) is about 25” flat. The smocked area has quite a bit of stretch! Un stretched bust is 18” flat, I can pull it to about 23/24” comfortably. Waist is pretty similar! Hope that helps. It’s such a lovely dress!
