H&M Dark indigo ruffle long button down top

This H&M deep indigo blue light weight cotton/silk button down top is in excellent condition aside from missing its original belt. It does have the little side loops which could be cut off or used if you would like to add a belt to it. The silk gives a pretty sheen to the fabric. Along with the mother of pearl buttons gives it an elegant look. Please see photos for details. Lying flat measurements bust 16” waist 15” total length 27”
