you say these are size 4 then it says it's 28" waist. A four would be 24" or 25" tops. very confusing.

@taylorstl I actually measured again..they are actually 29" waist...14.5"across waist when laying flat. according to LL Bean a medium waist is a 29-29.5 so the measurement is correct. I will post a pic of the measurement. Hope this helps
