This plaid blouse from Express is SOOOO soft! It's in great shape with no stains or holes. There are buttons at the elbows to roll the sleeves (shown in pictures) and it features a High-Low hem, so would be great with leggings and such. This is a woman's size S and measures approximately 21" from armpit to armpit and 26" from shoulder to hem in the font, 30" in the back.
