mikmaven @winslowjamesco oh gosh thank you but it’s taken me a looong time to get here post two kids and injuries. I’m almost 40 and toying with doing a fitness comp - I wouldn’t win at all I’m very realistic but it’s just crazy what our bodies can do!!
