Vintage 1960s tan beret hat with round rainbow sequin paillettes. Some stretch to the fabric. Excellent condition. Hand made in Italy. Really cute. Small to medium size. Flat measure 9 inch diameter exterior end to end and 5.5" diameter interior edges.
