Stretch cotton swing dress with gathered bust, white adjustable straps, white bow, and pockets. Navy blue with white polkadots. Purchased second-hand from seller who said it was never worn, and I didn't wear it, either. Belt not included (I never received it). Flat measurements: Waist ~12.5" Waist to hem ~26" Photographed with petticoat (not included). While I lint roll before shipping, sometimes cat hair sneaks through.
