NWT Talbots Plaid Hampshire Ankle Pants, Size 12 Petite

Talbots Hampshire pants is a beautiful holiday plaid. They are ankle length and straight leg. Fully lined for comfort and warmth. These pants can carry you from the office to dinner. They have a fly front with hook and bar closure, front/pockets and back welt pockets. They fit slightly below the waist. Fabric content is 40% wool, 29% polyester, 28% viscose and 3% spandex. Measurements are length 35 inches, inseam 26.5 inches and waistband approximately 32 inches. I am disclosing on the front by the seam the bottom stitch is a little loose (see last picture).
