For reference I’m 5’1 and included one photo where I took a mirror selfie in target while wearing it lol. ****It does NOT come with the hood****The belt used to be adjustable for a cinched effect, but now it would require some sewing/tailoring if you want that cinch effect shown in the photos or you could play with it (which isn’t a super complicated fix).**** ***needs to be dry cleaned (it’s not smelly or anything but could use one)*** comes from a smoke free and pet friendly home. It is the longer version of the Noho style, hitting below the knee, yet still remains lightweight, wind resistant, and water repellent.
