The bodice is smocked and has elastic straps across the shoulders and across the back for a perfect fit. Full skirt with side pockets. Skirt is lined. Sized a large, it has a 16 inch underarm to underarm unstretched and is 38 inches long from top of shoulder to hem. Brand new with tag attached!
