There is some cracking at the base of the handles but that is minimal the handles are very strong the inside of the bag is clean there is signs of wear around the top of the bag and the handles. Across it measures about 19 in from top to bottom is 13 in. Even though it is named as a diaper bag it can be used to carry a ton of stuff lots of pockets and zipper closures
