EUC - the coat is in overall excellent gently used condition. Only callout: the faux leather covering the thin piping at the collar is peeling in places. If this bothers you, it’s an easy fix to either peel it off to reveal the plain piping, replace the piping, or simply fold the collar over it as demonstrated in the last photo and stitch it down.
