NWOT wool, leather, and fur Christ-Leather coat with optional waist belt

Absolutely love this coat but live in Arizona and I have nowhere to wear it so sadly I have to part with it. I purchased it new and have never worn it, it’s been kept in a garment bag in a cedar closet so it’s in perfect brand new condition.
