* Re-listed as I finally got these out of storage* The Japanese footwear label, Grounds, is the most recent brainchild of Mikio Sakabe, a graduate of the Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Arts and founder of his own eponymous label. The concept of the brand is to "change the relationship between humans and the earth (gravity)," to make people more aware of the link between time and gravity, and to dream of their connection to higher dimensions.
