Vintage from 1973. Made in Hong Kong. Plastic. spins and plays Frosty the snowman. Has a hair line crack on the bottom that spins cannot see it at all, see last picture. Has some yellowing due to age. Very sweet and nostalgic. 8" Tall X 6" Wide
