Overall this backpack is in great condition. There is one place on the strap where there is a small separation in the reinforcement, but it does not affect the performance of the backpack at all. Two water bottle pockets on the sides that expand, one small zip pouch on the front, two mesh pockets inside for smaller items, along with a small zippered pouch on the inside. There is also a larger sleeve for a tablet behind the mesh pockets. Separate zipper pouch for a laptop (padded). Lightweight and very comfortable (padded ergonomic straps). Trolley strap for travel. I just needed something a bit larger so I'm trading up.
