It is a dark blue floral jacquard fabric, and it is lined. The dress has short sleeves, an asymmetric neckline, a back vent, and a back zip closure. The dress is NWOT but it is missing the belt that originally came with it. It still looks good without the belt and the thread belt loops could easily be cut off.
