This is a Skies Are Blue velvet blue blazer. Measures ptp 20 inches and 25 inches long. One pocket on each side in the front, 3/4 ruched sleeves with 2 buttons. Beautiful blue and white printed lining. It isn't real velvet, but FEELS like it! So luxurious. Looks NEW!!!
