@rose789bees Thanks for the inquiry about this burgundy skirt. The elastic in the waist is 33 inches, but it will stretch easily to 45 inches with no bunching. The bottom of the skirt also has a drawstring to make it smaller if needed. This skirt has no pockets. I have no left over burgundy material to make a jabot to match the skirt, but the black jabot you just ordered would look great with it. That jabot has a credit card pocket on the back.
