VTG Jessica Mcclintock Dress Sz 7 Formal Gunne Sax Blue Glitter Boning READ

There is a half inch square tear on the very bottom hem on the left side of the dress. No doubt, a high heel got it. It’s completely unnoticed when wearing the dress. There is also a small stain, but I didn’t try to remove it. See pics.
