So I was going to Vegas for my birthday. I bought these boots. I had matching sequin coat. I had a matching top hat and then the trip was canceled so I were the ones to a Chinese restaurant with lunch with my girlfriends these boots are unbelievable. they can be over the knee or they could be cuffed down on some type of heavy stretchy fabric definitely a size 23 inches from top to bottom sole .. can be worn over the knee or cuff them down. The black heel is 3 1/2 inches with the swipe of your hands you could change the color there’s gold there’s blue turquoise.  rubber soul very comfortable. I’ve never seen these boots anywhere I bought them in the city and some boutique they originally $150 I didn’t care I was going to Vegas time to love them, especially that they’re so stretchy. I have a medium size calf, but these will stretch to a large size calf.   Don’t forget New Year’s Eve is coming how fabulous with this be with a short tight little dress. Doing it for me.  I’ll be 73 on December 10 so I think I’d rather pass them on to somebody a little bit younger😋 you will love them… I can’t remember the brand, but I think they were from a runway fashion show. The store said there was only one ..who cares they are fabulous.  also go look at my black sequin coat in my closet. That was one of my Las Vegas fabulous jackets that never made it there.🥰.
