Dept 56 Vintage Original Snow Village “Linden Hills Country Club” •Item #54917 •Material Ceramic/Porcelain •Released 1997 •Retired 2001 •Excellent condition, no breaks, cracks or chips Includes 2nd piece, the Country Club sign. Original light cord included & bulb working •In original box. Styrofoam packaging intact & not broken. Has individual plastic bags & this OSV piece’s named tag. Outer cardboard sleeve does show some wear, such as crushed corners, & discoloring •I will note any issues I see of item’s total overall condition. However, since all my Dept 56 pieces are approx 25 years old, be sure to check out photos to review their complete picture yourself •Due to weight, bundling of pieces with larger buildings is not an option. Bundling smaller pieces together should be fine, depending on the quantity •Original Owner, this piece displayed no more than 6X. Has been stored, sealed in large bins for years. I have been hesitant to part with them, but I’d Love for these to go to a new home, to be enjoyed & new memories created! •Shown in last few pics are companion pieces I have listed separately in my closet that go with the Linden Hills golf theme.
