Vintage 1990's First Option made in USA black skirt with brown and rust red flowers. There is a beautiful floral design. Size Large. It has a button on front hip with zipper opening. The zipper is in great working order. This skirt has only been worn a few times and has been in a closet for several decades and is in new condition still. There are no flaws. Offers accepted!
