@vjmayo ok so by accident, I measured the 28's that I have, not the 29's. I didnt realize. It was buried in one of my bins so I just took my pair that I own to measure. Which is a 28, not the 29s. The 29's are 16" across the waist. I'm so sorry for all the errors on this one. I was running around like a chicken w/ her head cut off yesterday LOL
