Fabletics “Heights” Wide-Leg high rise cargo pants in utility green

Never worn, but I took the tag off and can’t return! These are amazing and can either be worn straightt leg, or you can adjust the bottom to be more like a jogger. Thicker more woven material, but have very nice stretch for easy movement! When flat: Waist is elastic, but 16 inches NOT stretched.
