NWOT Tommy Hilfiger Hampton stretch chinos in black and white stripes with red/black racing stripes down the hip& leg. Pockets, clasp and zip close. Material is not seersucker, but striped thick stretch cotton. Measurements: waist 17” Inseam 30” Rise 10” They look great with the vintage scarf, also in my closet. :)
