Vintage Russ 12 denim pencil skirt blue winter

Vintage Russ blue denim-like pencil skirt. No size tag but based on other skirts I have listed I believe it fits size 12. Check measurements. It will sit at the waist, not hips. Would be great for winter with tall boots. Not real denim material but looks like it. Measures 13 waist 25 length
