Cellophane “water” on water wheel added for effect and can be removed. Place it by a river if you desire realism, or turn it into a store by placing vendors out front along with shoppers. In Excellent Condition. No chips or cracks noted, see photos. Comes in original box and sleeve which shows wear and spots from handling and storage. This is a lighted building, and comes with a working order and tested corded light. Bulb is missing.
