Vintage 1960s embroidered velvet bell sleeve mini dress

Very rare 60s black velvet hippie mini dress! Only one of its kind that I’ve seen! Lovely bell sleeves and embroidered detail. Buttons in front. Made in India. 100% Rayon. It appears to be hand hemmed. There’s also a few hand stitched mends. Good used condition for age. Best fits small, but please check measurements in photos to be sure of fit. Looks great with knee high boots!
