Hand made stocking hat and scarf

The hat and the scarf are brand new never been worn made by a local lady. Both the hat and the scarf were handmade using orange, white, and blue yarn. Approximate measurements: The scarf is 50 1/2” long, not including the fringe. It is 62” long including the fringe on both sides. The hat without stretching it is 11” wide at the bottom.
