@nekkishutt so sorry, just saw this message. I don't think it would come across as a dress due to the open front below the lowest hook at mid-chest. Could certainly wear with leggings and a tank, etc and it would look great. I think the sizing depends on your body shape. I carry my weight at the middle. If you want measurements, happy to provide whichever ones are of interest. Marina Rinaldi makes lovely garments. I always stop in the boutique in Paris but this came from an outlet in NewJersey
