This is an NWT Free People Road Trip Skirt, very lightweight “flowy” material. No longer available on FP website. Fringe ends, and center seam down back and front of this skirt. The skirt can rest high or low on the waist to adjust length on the body. Usable buttons to the front left and right of the skirt, as shown. Video shows the movement in the skirt.
