Very good preowned condition. On the storage basket, there are a couple of pin-point size dots that appear to be missing paint due to the manufacturing process. There are also a couple of tiny scratches. Neither the dots or scratches are visible to the naked eye unless you are looking for them up close (see photos). Hanging hardware not included.
