Hunter for Target Rain Boots Size 9

GUC pink, orange, and white striped Hunter x Target boots. Handles to help get on/off. Some wear but pretty good shape. On the footpads, the black upper layer is peeling back from the foamy cushioned part. Please also read: these have a size 9 marking on bottoms. However, the white tag inside and the foot liners are marked 11. These measure like a 9 at 7 inches long, so I’m assuming there was some sort of manufacturing error. Please be aware of this before you purchase.
