carriestrand243 @ccrae15 Hi! I am at work. It’s a handmade dress. It is truly a work of art. The waist is elastic. This dress would fit a Medium and Large. I am a small and I bought it and have worn it. Please know that I am not a professional Posher. I work all the time so it’s hard for me to measure.
