This is really a one-of-a-kind skirt. I got this at Urban Outfitters in the late ‘90s, and have never seen it anywhere. Mahogany cord fabric with beautiful embroidery and crocheted flowers and trim. It’s in excellent used condition. No stains or tears. 100% cotton. Side zip. Does not stretch. See pics for measurements.
