This Vintage Skirt! Thick, plush velvet tiers in the most vividly beautiful hues, created by hand-knotting and hand-dyeing the fabric. There is a subtle sprinkling of sequins and beads sewn onto red and metallic gold thread that swirls in delicate waves across the skirt. Brocade waistband. I have held on to this skirt for decades (it still bears the tags), but for some crazy reason have never wore! Very Stevie Nicks. There is a cotton gauze lining under the voluminous skirt. Size Small. It is too large in the waist for my XS dress form, however if it sits below her belly button/closer to the hips, Indian style, there is no need for it to be clipped.
