This is a gorgeous flowy bespoke blouse. Cascading ruffle sleeve that is 3/4 in length. Neck line has a key hole opening with tiny loop and button closure. Collar is a beautifully made ruffle that goes front and back. The fabric light and airy silk. Nothing looks bulky and lays feminine. Content and size tag are missing. Website calls this top silk. With the measurements I provided in pictures; it would fit an XXL and it not be tight. Still loose and breathable. These are made in New York by hand. The quality of this garment is unmistakable.
