adorable vintage dress from either late 90s or early y2k. I have owned this dress since then and it's been in the back of my closet for like a decade so I think I should pass it onto someone else who will love them! It states sz XL, but can fit best an L as it's 90s sizing. I wore a size 7 back then which is equal to an 11/13 in today's sizin, but I liked this dress VERY oversized on me and flowy which is why as a today's size M I wanted it extra big as a today's size L! pls take this into consideration!
