New without tags, tall black riding style knee high boots, size 11W. Purchased from Penningtons. Has about a one-inch heel. I only wore these to try them on. Discovered I can't handle heels anymore. They might be a bit dusty but otherwise in excellent condition. Working zippers on the inside of the calf and decorative zippers on the outside. Decorative buckle around the ankle.
