A very unique jacket that is in very good condition. The fabric has stretch so you can add a little bit to the measurements. The sleeves are slightly longer than 3/4". There are thin white soft shoulder pads that can be removed and there is just a hint of discoloration to the pads but this should come out in another hand wash.
