@beansmama19 Hey Teresa it is a Northwood Tree Trunk Carnival Glass vase, a similar pattern known as “April Showers” by Fenton from the same time period also exists. These pieces range from around 1903 made until the 1920s. Cobalt blue is a very desirable color, your mother had fantastic taste. We hope you and your family are doing well, ❤️❤️ Em & Joe
